Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She has a number of soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. In the HBO show True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She received her degree in 1997. Her teaching career began at Maury County. There, she taught Reading up to the kindergarten grades. She got married in 1998 to Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she began teaching fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, Ashley taught as she earned her Masters of Teaching from Trevecca Nazarene University. However the school welcomed Baylor. Ashley has served for 15 years in her church, community as well as children. Ashley has been teacher and director at Thompson Station's Preschool and Students Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for three years. During their home schooling years children attended a home school tutorial where Ashley also taught History up to the 1st Grade. God was clearly showing her and their family that it was important to return to school. Although Ashley loved being a homeschooler, she also enjoyed having her five kids. Brent and Ashley are parents to five children. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz, all GCA students. Baylor, a GCA graduated, is a student at UT Martin where she plays baseball there. Callan is also a GCA Graduate and attends Western Kentucky University. It is a family of busy people who love fishing, hunting and bond with each other in their most loved sport.
